Is very good quality factory and good communication is very easy to communicate with factory for to do something

I have ordered many times before. Recently quality has went down. Plushies not stuffed fully, messy embrodiery, accessories falling off. I have addressed this with Sandy but nothing seems to be done. More plushies have arrived and embrodiery is even worst. During the busy time of the year I had to fix embrodiery with a sharpie because it was so messy. Very disappointed.
